Husky Safari in Levi 2026–27: 10 Operators Compared

Thirteen husky safaris from ten Levi operators side by side: sled distance, total time, who drives and prices from each operator's own site, October 2026.

For a first ride with small children, Levi Husky Park's 2 km ride costs from €80 (child €50) and a guide drives the sled. To drive your own team, the lowest price in the table is Keo Wilderness's 5 km ride at €142 with the transfer, but you bring your own winter clothing. For a longer day out, All Huskies' 20 km half-day safari costs €350 with clothing and transfer included.

Levi Husky Park: 2 km, about 1.5 hours with a tour of the park, from €80 (child €50). A guide drives; no transfer.

Eanan, Jaakko's Husky Adventure: 4 km in a sled the musher drives, 3 hours with the transfer and time by the fire, €158 (child €108).

Keo Wilderness: 5 km, 2 hours with the transfer, €142 (child €122). Winter clothing is not included. Keo Wilderness is not on the Green Activities list; the welfare table below shows what its website says about the dogs.

Tundra Huskies, about 12 km from Levi: a 5 km run you drive yourself, about 1.5 hours from the meeting point at the Levi tourist office, €156.84 (child €104.21) including the booking fee. You can also feed the farm's reindeer. Bring your own winter clothing.

Lapland Safaris: 5 km, 2 to 2.5 hours, from €166 per person, clothing and transfer included. One stands on the runners, the other sits.

All Huskies: 20 km half-day safari, 4 hours, €350 per person in a shared sled or €450 with a sled of your own, clothing and transfer included.

Most kennels are outside the village. By the operators' own descriptions, Levi Husky Park is about 12 km from the centre, Polar Lights Tours about 10 km along road 79, All Huskies about 20 minutes by car, Maglelin 25 km north and Tundra Huskies about 12 km away. According to Levi Tours, Lapland Wild Witch is in Tepasto, about 30 km north. Where the transfer is included, the total time includes the drive.

Polar Lights Tours' and Tundra Huskies' prices come from their booking systems and include the booking fee charged there. Lapland Safaris and Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park list “from” prices, so the price on your date can be higher.

Lapland Wild Witch's own booking calendar had no winter dates yet on 24 October. The table shows the prices of Levi Tours, which sells the kennel's 5 km and 10 km safaris with the transfer from Levi; winter clothing is a paid rental there. If you drive to the kennel yourself, the 5 km safari takes 1 to 1.5 hours.

Pallas Husky, one of the kennels this site profiles, runs its day tours from Rauhala near Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, about 45 minutes from Kittilä airport by its own description, without a Levi transfer.

Sled safaris need snow. The season runs from about November to April, and the first weeks depend on how early the snow comes; check what the operator does if there is too little.
